Recovery from substance use disorder is a challenging proposition for the majority of us – but there is hope. Offering evidence-based solutions, as part of a complete wellness program, we seek to provide a holistic therapeutic environment that will nurture mind, body and soul. Our multidisciplinary and highly committed team has been carefully selected to ensure that each and every resident and outpatient receives the absolute best care, and Tower View Sober Living believes that your stay with us will help you get back on your feet, finding purpose and direction – a new way forward.
Many people suffering from alcoholism and addiction of filled with feelings desperation and fear. Feelings of being “not good enough”, and of being “the black sheep”. At Tower View, in collaboration with the Holly Space, we aim to provide a program that takes people out of those feelings of anxiety and depression, and rather puts them into a place of peace, happiness and healing. In order to do this we make use of a 12 step program as well as a spiritual wellness program facilitated by “The Holly Space”, and together these provide a model of Recovery that really works.
The house itself sleeps seven people, in shared rooms, and because of this intimate group, it has a wonderful cozy, family like atmosphere. A serene and calm environment conducive to the learning of valuable coping tools, and self-awareness, required for everyday life. No matter who you are, you’ll find comfort and comradery in this warm and creative space.
