This Unique House Boat was conceptualised in 2001/3 finished in 2005/7.  

TWO Mercury Big Foot 60Hp engines, will “comfortably” take “Twenty+” passengers for functions, conferences, team building, etc… or compartmentalise and “Live” on it!

It was concluded that the House Boat can be transported by road.
